Rackta is a whole range of products that guarantee the construction of stable and easy-to-assemble structures intended for both large-scale farms and micro-installations of photovoltaics. The construction elements have been designed in a way that meets four basic assumptions that guarantee an advantage over the European competition.

The use of higher strength steel together with the innovative shape of the profile guarantees the stability of the structure. The stiffness of the profiles obtained in this way increases resistance to snow load and wind force. The Rackta system meets the legal and design requirements for steel structures used on the European market. The Magnelis® coating is the highest anti-corrosion protection for the entire structure, allowing for maintaining a 25-year warranty with annual service inspections.
Rackta's offer includes as many as 50 configurations of structures consisting of only three types of profiles. Specially developed openings reduce the need to drill profiles on the construction site, which minimizes the risk of damaging the anti-corrosion coating. The use of elongated holes increases the tolerance (20 mm) when driving the posts into the ground. This solution streamlines assembly and ensures that the structure is set in a straight line, guaranteeing high aesthetics and culture of the installation.
The shape of the profiles facilitates free access to each mounting point of the structure and significantly shortens the assembly time. The lack of the need to use additional connectors increases the comfort of the installer's work. Rackta's offer also includes kits for mounting the inverter and other elements of the technical equipment of the installation.
The unique solutions of Rackta construction elements, such as the profile cross-section, guarantee quick and reliable service inspection. All critical installation elements are visible, which allows their visual inspection without dismantling individual elements. The shape of the profiles and the location of their connections reduce the risk of damage during inspections.
Magnelis® is a flat carbon steel, coated on both sides with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy. It provides excellent corrosion resistance in outdoor applications, also in difficult weather conditions. Full protection on cut edges, the self-regeneration effect provides excellent protection. Environmentally friendly composition, 100% recyclable. In the Rackta system, all profiles are coated with Magnelis®. Up to 25-year warranty on the structure and coating.
Anodizing – a process that creates a hard, corrosion and abrasion resistant oxide layer. The coating produced is characterized by high purity and crystalline structure, increased hardness and exceptional aesthetics. In the Rackta system, anodized panel mounting clamps are available.
The universal Rackta system enables the assembly of modular solutions while maintaining legal requirements and individual design assumptions.
